Subject: CH 701 tires
When I got my CH 701 kit in 2000, they supplied TitanTurf Glide tires a
nd tubes. Titan quit making these. =C2-I found that Carlisle (Summit Raci
ng supplier)makes a Turf Glide tire with tread exactly like the Titan
=99s.=C2- Titans weighed about 6 pounds while theCarlisle weigh 8 pound 1
1 oz.=C2- The Carlisleside walls are much stiffer.=C2- I recentlychange
d out my main gear tires.=C2- After a sittingcouple of days, the new tire
s get a flat spot on the bottom and take a lot oftaxiing to get them round
enough to takeoff.=C2-I increased the pressure to 20 psi but no luck.=C2
