I supported the assembly at the bottom of the firewall to get everything level (Fwd fuse is rivetted to rear fuse). When all was done I pulled the support from under the firewall, and of course everything sagged a bit leaving the side tubes with a slight decline angle from level from back to front. My plan now is to pull apart the cabin frame de-burr, prime and cleco it back together, then with the support under the firewall installed again, to keep everything level, rivet the cabin frame and continue with the rest of the Fwd fuselage structure, maintaining the support under the firewall to keep everything level until all is primed, de-burred and rivetted together. This assumes the remaining structure to be added will stiffen and maintain the structure in a level orientation as dictated by the plans. Would appreciate your comments or experience with the latter.
