Stefan, -- I am building a CH750 from a kit. I have built on the horizo ntal stabilizer. In fitting the skin I found that the cutouts for the f ront brackets were about 10mm too far apart. They need to be trimmed in board about 4mm each to fit over the front brackets. I have also built up the elevator and trim tab. The manual discusses wh ere to drill and mount the horn angle (75T3-6) in the elevator skeleton section (75-TA3), page 6. The exact location of the horn angle on the s par is critical since it must be flush with the upper horn (75T3-7) and lower horn (75TA-8). The upper and lower horns are predrilled. If the horn angle is already drilled to A5, as instructed, there is little room for adjustment when attaching the elevator horns. The horns should lik ely be clecoed to the skeleton and the horn angle positioned before the horn angle is drilled, at least to A5 size. Thank you for your web site Stefan. _____________________________________________________________ Compete with the big boys.
