Plans and manuals are already available for the tail kit (rudder, stabilizer, elevator).
By the time you get the plans, manuals for the wings are probably not
far behind and by the time you start building the fuselage a complete set of
manuals should be available online. Since you are planning on building from scratch
that certainly gives you enough time. Why wait, you miss out on good quality
      shop time :-)

      OK...another question.
      -
Is it better to order everything at one time if you are building the kit ve
rsion-or.... wait and buy it in stages as you build? Make sense?

The clear advantage of ordering the kit in stages is that if any updates are happening
in parts etc. you have a better chance of getting it. Folks that purchased
kit parts in September (08) had parts that had problems. When I got my parts
shipped in November some issued were already solved. Biggest disadvantage
is additional cost (shipping, crating) and being on a waiting list. We are almost
done with the tailkit and the wings (on order) have no delivery date yet.

      Hope this helps,

      Stefan
