Description:		For those of you who my have missed the earlier e-mail about this. Here is the Special RPA Vest -- the first one from the embroiderer today. The black outer shell is nylon to break the wind, and the vest is lined with black Polartec fleece. There are two outside zipper pockets as well as inside breast pocket that also zips. While the older wings are shown here, the new wings below, recently adopted by the Board, are also available. The price is $42.00 including shipping. Delivery should take about two -- three weeks.
