These are shots of a plane almost finished by John Dilatush in Salida Co.

 
    Picture10.jpg Cable operated toe brakes on rudder bar under front seat.
    Picture11.jpg Sheet metal door attached with piano hinge for front cockpit. Used slide bolts into top longeron to retain in place.
    Picture12.jpg Decal for plane made by buddy.
    Picture13.jpg Cowl fuel tank. Holds 10 gallons and is refueled by another 10 gallon tank in wing center section.
    Picture14.jpg Instrument panel in rear cockpit. Circuit breakers for alternator, fuel pump, and radio.
    Picture15.jpg Underslung raidator. Used in many OX 5 engines in the 30's.
    Picture16.jpg Left side of of rear cockpit showing throttle and waste gate control for the turbo charger. Also have manifold pressure gauge on panel. Notice the push to talk button on top of the of the stick.

    Picture8.jpg Engine during mounting process. Home-made gor belt prop reduction unit. Shaft is machined 1979 1/2 Ford P.U. axle. Engine still developes 100 HP with WOT at 3600 rpm.
