the dash to alert me if I ever lost oil pressure. I still have the gauge

This might not be the root cause of the problems with removing the filler necks but it might help.
While building my own 701 tanks I decided to try and weld the filler neck directly to the aluminu ... |

Thanks for the input. I appreciate the need for weight reduction but by using a join to go from .025 to .016 the weight saving is only 4 oz. I had planed on using .032 for both the front and rear floo ... |
