Hello list.  Does anyone       have any insight on what may happen w/ the Allegro factory since       the tragedy ?

I'm not sure if anyone found out anything on this.  I did some quick checking.  I noticed that for LSA America Inc, their last required filing with the NC Secretary of State was in 2018.  So, long before Doug and Betty's death, the company was already dead.  The state dissolved the company on 5/26/2021 due to the lack of filing. (You have to file every year and pay a fee).  This isn't too big of a surprise, but at least there is some hint of info on this.  I hope everyone is still flying their Allegros.  After 4 years of building my house at 5NC5, we're getting close to completion and I hope to get back in the air soon.

couple weeks ago ( might       be more, I lose track )  I saw (3) Allegro 2007 fuselages on       Barnstormers.  Meant to call and inquire, but busy as heck right       now.  I remember looking up the location - KAVC airport - not far       from Littleton,  IIRC.   Anyway,  that's the last I saw anything       Allegro.

       Mine sits w/ a broken down pipe,  waiting on me.

Ah, my hopes were raised and then crashed hard down.  So, I've been in need of a 2007 fuselage due to fuel tank issues.  I was able to pull up the Barnstorners ad thanks to google cashing it.  I called.  Someone in Seattle has bought up everything and is planning on rebooting the Allegro there.  They haven't picked up any of the parts yet.....  AHH!  They only wanted $2,500 for a Fuselage and it's less then 2 hours of driving.  So, maybe there will be an official Allegro again - I don't know.  It could also not go anywhere.  If I would have known, I would have bought everything simply to have it.
