To be fair I didn't send them the tail light as I was under the 

assumption that the noise is caused by the wingtip lights. One of 

Aeroleds suggestion was to install a piece of aluminum in the RV 

wingtips that covers the back of the installation and route ground 

wire from that piece to the nearest structure.

I agree that I would expect a product like this to function noise 

free without having to add this installation.

   installed mitigation for noise, it's a big

   red flag that they perhaps forgot to do

   their how-to-live-in-an-airplane homework.
