I have noticed that my front tire is wearing unevenly. The left side of the tire is worn significantly more than any of the rest of the tire. I attribute this to the nose wheel being ‘cocked’ from the prop airstream, so the tire is slightly (or more) deflected during flight, causing the left side to hit first, and then the wheel straightens.
If this is the case, then the fairings might not do as much as you expect.

Hello Galin, Attached are two pictures of my KIS TR-1 nose wheel pant. I put it together from a nose wheel pant from Van’s and shaft fairing from Glastar.

Does anyone know where I can get a fiberglass nose wheel boot? It is the kind that is cut in half like the one in the attached photos.
