Hello Tim, I think that you are well into the realm of TLAR (That Looks About Right) for a torque value for these bolts. You can look at Table 7-1 on page 7-9 of this AC:

but these values do not envision a sandwich that includes a sheet of elastomeric material in the stack up.
You want a firm hold, but at the same time you don’t want to squish the elastomeric out to the point that it can not do its job. I’ll include the entire KIS Matronics list with this response and maybe someone else has a more quantitative / definitive answer.

Hello OC,
I am doing my annual condition inspection on my TR-1 and was wondering what torque the main gear AN 5 bolts is. I have the rubber cushion as described in the manual but didn't see a torque value called out.
I have 565 hrs. on her now.
