Hello Fellow KIS TR-1 Builders and Pilots, I am seeking some information that I hope you will be able to help me with.
1) If you are using 3/4 inch inside diameter Belleville washers to provide the friction for your nose landing gear swivel I would appreciate knowing what washers you are using and any comments on their use. Here are some potential candidates:

2) I would like to know the diameter and thread count for the oil drain plug on the Continental IO-240 BXB engine. Continental part number is either:
PN: 656169 at US $437.35 for each engine ...... B1B through ....... B31B
or
PN: 636376 at US $113.06 each for engine ....B32B
See here:

I believe that the diameter and thread count for both of these part numbers is identical. I am seeking this information so that I can buy a Saf-Air oil quick drain plug for my IO-240 B9B engine. See here:

Thanks for your help.

OC, The nose wheel on my TR-4 also uses 3/4" ID Belleville washers. As far as I remember the FASTENAL SKU is 33358 with a UNSPSC number of 31161825 and I have had no issues with them. I hope this helps.
