Good Morning;

 Regretfully, I have decided to hang up my wings due

 to health conditions.  Pulsar XP, N96DE is up for sale.

 It is out of the annual inspection due to the covid thing

 and my health condition.

 My plane has a little over 500 hours on it and is located 

 at the Rochester, Fulton County airport in Rochester, IN.

 I am in Weslaco, TX at the present time.
