When I push the start button it sounds like only the shower of sparks. Then if I push the manual start tab on the start valve just long enough for it to “Pop” the engine will turn with the normal start button. After the first start it will start normally. Once it sits for a while I have to repeat the manual gymnastics. Is it the electric side or the pneumatic side of the start valve. I did clean the start valve.

Replace it with the newer type and get away from the $600.00 starters.

The very first thing I always due, if there's an electrical element involved with th ed problem, is aggressively clean any cannon plugs w/ contact cleaner and verify any & all wire terminal connections are clean... my 2 cents worth
