Members:

When you completed the tail section did you have to include wires for the rear rudder light? I see the kit adds this on the finishing kit but would seem easier to attach when you are building. Thoughts?

Good point.

It was not mentioned at the "rudder" workshop. However, it is not that difficult to do even after you built the rudder. At this point, building the kit, most folks have a real problem with the skin for the elevators. It appears to be not only a problem with the manual but also with the plans. That is a little scary. As for the wings, no manual is available, only plans. Hope that will change soon. On the other hand, builder support is excellent. ZAC responds within a day for questions and support. Great job!

Stefan

PS. The 750 will be beautiful plane.

I asked Roger when I was at the workshop. He said it was a piece of cake to just do it later.

And I just noticed that Zenith has a sense of humor in their tail position light assembly manual.

Quote:
Measure up 160mm from the lower trailing edge. This is where the fiberglass bracket will be position, unless your Rudder has a dent on the trailing edge at a different location. Using the bracket to cover up the dent.

So in other words 'it goes here unless you want to use it to cover a dent'.

The grammar errors are those of Zenith.
