Do you know if there is a minimum distance that GPS antennas need to be spaced if any?
I know COM’s should be at least 30” and transponders should be at least 48” from anything else. But they will work if closer.

From each other, nada.  Some distance from transmitting antennas is always a good thing but GPS is up in the 1500Mhz band well away from transponder (1050Mhz ish) and our comms (low 100's).  GPS is also polarized in a circular fashion so unless they are real close it won't have any effect and even then it probably won't.

Separate them from anything transmitting the best you can and you should be fine.
