All I can say is "you may be right"
But Wiki says it's water-dispersant, and I know it used to be. If
they've changed it, then I was wrong, and I apologize.
But a minor matter at best!
I used a bunch of it when a burst water-pipe soaked a whole slew of
handguns, years ago, and they all came thru looking like new. I was
most grateful.
Tell us the gory details of how your PPG got soaked??
