I used no more than 90 knots for the 1st 10 degrees of flaps and 75 for any
thing more.  For me it was easy to remember 85 knots for the first notch an
d 75 knots for anything more.

    I have been using no more than 100 mph to start them down=2C and 87 mph
 or less for them to be full down.
