the 51% was legally challenged by Joe Bartells, attorney and owner of
Lancair International because the FAA inadvertantly removed reference
docs from the website. The FAA repented and extended the deadline to
December 15th so Steve, Jesse, John and Joe could knock out some more
non compliant Amateur Built Experimental Certificated Single Engine Land
Aircraft.
I was actually surprised that Steve who has never posted a meaningful or
useful idea would take my bait.

The kit that Scott just bought from me, after it was complete was serial
#855 and the new kit that "I" just paid for and received last week is
#913 which will be for sale when it is complete.
