Well, thats an important part of the issue. It wasn't France, it was the Sa
nta Monica Pier, CALIFORNIA USA, a geograhical spot in which a goodly porti
on of the population is known to mount irrational responses at the drop of
hat, whining even, on various issues in order to assert their importance.
I guess if a low pass happend in Nice onlookers would be cheering, like the
y do in other parts of the world.
