Subject:   Sledge Powered Dimpler
Description:   

Why not let gravity do the work while freeing up your hands to do the holding and manipulation? A foot operated lever raises the sledge and it free falls to hit the dimple dies. I've run this with a simple rope and pulley to raise the sledge also, just not as portable. The cable here was from a Honda clutch, but a bicycle brake cable will work as well. With the free fall distance the same I get very consistent dimples. The sledge actually bounces and hits it twice. With both hands free I can dimple every 3-4 seconds. Kevin
