Hope you might get some Ideas out of these pictures. As you can see I welded a bracket with a piece of tubing that the i/2 rib san be fastened to the frame where the main spar attaches to the plane. I made sure that this bracket was lined up with the bottom of the wing. I also welded a triangular mount in the center of the fuse. To hold the cowling and the center i/2 rib with a small piece of tubing sane as both sides. (center of the square tube) The back i/2 of the rib, I welded small brackets to the airframe on the lower tube about 10'' behind the main spar attach point so I could rivet the aluminum cross braces for the rib. At the very back I welded a small upright tube to which the top I welded a small tube, similar to the tubes for the front 1/2 ribs, that faced forward. the top of the back 1/2 rib is an aluminum tube as are the cross braces, riveted with aluminum brackets. Where the top of the two ribs meet I simply welded a tube with a bracket welded to it to rivet the two 1/2's together. at the fuse. main square spar.
