Ron,
Thanks for this find. I went through 3 pairs on my old 912S in 450 hours and
these are definitely cheaper (and they claim better) than from Rotax. So
far, no signs my new 912S wants to eat these things like the old one but
I'll file this away in the "good to know" section.

I just changed my carburetor sockets with my mechanic during my Pulsar's
conditional inspection and used the original Rotax parts. Afterwords, out
of curiosity, I then searched to see if there are other suppliers and found
JBM with claims of extended life and other benefits compared to OEM. Some
items aren't cheaper, but claim improvements, others items do have
significant savings.
