I just visited with the hotel manager this morning and he informed me the
hotel is completely booked for the weekend of our reunion. I have a list of
all our bookings so I would like to ask a big favor, if you decide to
cancel your reservation, please let me know before you call the hotel so we can
see if anyone else needs a room.
We have a new attendee, from Canada that tried to book a room this morning.
He will attend if we can find a place for him to stay. If you would like

I will be looking for another hotel for overflow and will let you know
what I find.

Saturday.
