Wednesday, Lawrence, KS.
Two intrepid flyers made it in today so we have two Pulsars tied down on
the field. Bob Hartunian endured lots of turbulence the first day over Nevada
and New Mexico and dodged rain yesterday arriving around 2. He was the
second Pulsar to arrive. The first arrived at 8 yesterday, the pilot had to
dodge rain on his torturous 23 mile journey from Topeka, Ks., but I made it
safely to the tie downs.
Thursday's weather is cool and calm winds. Bob and I wish everyone a speedy
and safe trip. We will be sitting here in the RV, waiting for you.
