Dear pulsar builders/flyers
A frient of mine just bought a pulsar xp #289 (i think) from a pulsar
owner/builder from Germany.
He is trying to get a =93N- numbers, actualy a registration/ID
numbers (letters) from Italy.
One of the papper that he has to show/provide is a ...airplane
certificate.... or ..factory kit/airplane certification.
Is any one knows how to get that or how to do it?
