      You have to know the manufacturer of the wheels. It may be Cleveland. Then ask
      them for new bearings. But why would you want to replace them? Unless you take
      them apart and see fretting on the bearing surfaces due to no grease, I would
      wonder why. Take the wheels off and grease the bearings, that should be all that
      is needed.  It only takes 1/2 hour to do that. If you have a model with sealed
      bearings, that is not even necessary.
