I have finally secured hotel rooms and conference room for the Pulsar
gathering in Lawrence, Kansas. The dates are August 23 - 26 at the Holiday
Inn Express and KLWC Lawrence airport. I do not have a quote from the
caterer but expect to be able to do whole thing for $125 per person.
I need to hear from you. What topics would you like to discuss, any speakers
you would like to have? Are you planning to attend? Please take five minutes
to get back to me with your ideas and if you will attend.
I will work on scheduling speakers based upon the response, so please get
back to me ASAP.
I am waiting on your response.

In 1994, Larry and I went to Oshkosh with our panel shopping list. We got a
package deal from Gulf Coast Avionics. We bought two of everything and
built our own panels.
Well, this morning Larry and I were going to meet for BarBQ at our favorite
country airport. The Jabiru fired right up and I called ground control
for taxi. They came back and said great carrier but no modulation. It looks
like the Bendix King KX-125 has finally given up.
I checked the head sets and connections and everything works with intercom
so looks like the radio needs a little attention. First question, should I
just send it in for repair or are there some things I can check? Second
question, any one have a KX-125 they want to part with?

I will be at Lawrence in Aug for the Pulsar Aviators.=C2- I have bitten t
he bullet and am working on the Pulsar one full day each week and on rainey
days, but it will not be done to fly to Lawrence this year.
I would like to hear more on test flying the Pulsar .=C2- I was checked o
ut=C2- in a Pulsar in New Zealand but still would like to know more.=C2
- Also I would like to have Garmin give a talk on there latest products,
Pulsarbob, Bob Taylor
