Hi Greg,
40 Swifts would be a sight indeed, but I would hesitate to compare with Pulsars
- or any kit aircraft that requires as much work as it does to get one in the
air. Economics notwithstanding, it's no small task to maintain a career and
any kind of consistent progress on a project like Pulsar. These days, employers
are demanding - and getting - ever more from employees because everyone knows
it's a buyer's market for them. I am grateful for the time I get to spend
with folks who have managed to get their planes out of the garage and flying.
It gives me hope that someday, I might join them. Many thanks once again to
you & Donna.
Best,
Mike & Becky

Subject: EXTERNAL: Pulsar-List: Reunion update
This week I was in ST Louis and happened upon the Swift convention. I counted 40
aircraft on the field. What a great looking airplane. I sure wish we could get
40 Pulsars to our event.
To date, we have two aircraft scheduled to fly in and seven reservations. It is
not looking promising this year. With fuel prices running 6 - 7 dollars a gallon,
it may be a budget issue. Anyway, hope we get more reservations before the
end of the month.
Take care and fly safe.
Greg
