Guys, I am working on a Pulsar and have a 80HP 912 engine that is missing a
few parts. I will order from Lockwood if we cannot find here.
Crossover equalizer tube for carbs
Fuel pump
Banjo oil fitting
Vacuum pump
Voltage regulator
Air cleaners
Also, got a question, do you use a gasket on the Aerodesigns exhaust system
where the expanded pipe enters the head port?
Thanks, see you next week in Lawrence.
Greg

Hi Greg,
Re the exhaust fitting - - - the system ought to use the Rotax nipples,
welded to the exhaust system, at the head entry points. The exhaust
ports on the heads have a countersunk area that mates with the crox
flange on the nipples. It is tightened in place with the solid flange,
and no gasket is used.
Beware - - - the Aerodesignes exhaust system will very likely crack
near the rear two cylinders !
Regards,
Brian

Greg,
I have a fuel pump. Bought it back in 2006 when Bob Hartunian put a
group purchase together.
Still packed as delivered.
Think rotax came out with a new fuel pump 2010 or 2011.
Let me know if you are interested.
Still have a few other Pulsar parts:
Wheel pants (large wheels)
tool to pull wing pins.
*God Bless

I have a couple of air filters I'll bring with me, Greg. The 912iS I'm
installing uses the same one as the 914 so they are not needed. I also
have a dual accelerator cable for the 912/912S if anyone needs one. I
think they are about $150 and this will be $70. These items came with
the firewall forward kit for the 912 I bought from Bob Gillett.
See you soon in Lawrence.
