Subject: Jeffco Epoxy
Hi Bernard,
The manufacturer has not tested the material to see how well it works
with ethanol, so they do not recommend using it for parts that are in
constant contact with fuel or any material with ethanol in it. We do
offer a Jeffco epoxy tank sealer that seems to work well, p/n
09-42226. It is not a laminating epoxy, just a sealer, so the part is
made with a laminating epoxy, then the sealer is brushed on to protect
the part from the fuel and additives. I hope this helps.
Regards,
Josh Solis
