Hi, Im new to the Pulsar, (not new to building) I have just bought an un started kit from a guy that has gone into care. the kit was delivered I believe in 1997 (to the UK) and is almost complete. it has a new (then) 582 with all the yellow bungs still in, 2 props, still in boxes (one wood and one ground adjustable) there is composite wing skins and composite L/E "D" boxes (inner ones are tanks) lots of blue and brown foam ribs etc. and I have all the engine, wing and fuse kits (bags of bits) and it all appears complete except for there are no main spars! Can these still be purchased as I assume they will be the composite variety? Also I have borrowed some construction books from another Pulsar owner but they refer to wood wings so if anyone has some with composite wings I can borrow so I can copy and return it would be appreciated. thanks in advance Dave Stephens Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=410028#410028

Dave, something to to in the meantime - - - replace all the blue foam ribs with fuel resistant foam before you start assembly. Someone else will know the name of the foam to use - - Klegcell I think.
