If you can't get composite spars would it be possible to construct spruce spars
as per the earlier Pulsars? I guess in this case the MTOW would be limited to
that of the earlier Pulsars.
Perhaps someone knows and can advise if wooden spars would be compatible with
the other bits you have for your wings?

If your kit has fuel tanks in the wings, do not use blue
foam ribs. They will desolve.

I have both blue foam and the brown foam ribs. although the wings are designed
for fuel, I am still toying with the idea of a fuselage tank. all depends what
spar I end up with.

The composite spar ribs are different than the wood spar ribs.

Dave, a fuselage tank with a 912 engine exceeds the design weight.
