Lower Cowl Mold

      Hi all,
      
      I've recently just finished making the lower cowl mold for the XP.  This was based
      off the original cowl which was reworked because of damage and turned into
      a suitable plug.  The original part was not going to be airworthy (from our standpoint)
      due to the amount of oil soak it had in it. If anyone is looking for
      a new lower cowl, let me know.  Below are pics of the plug and the new mold.

      We've used Jeffco 9700 Tank Sealer for many years with great results on aircraft
      running jet fuel to standard gas.
      
      Biggest tip I can give is to make sure ALL pinholes and edges are sealed.
