In the UK at least some Shell V-Power contains ethanol. My local Shell garage
was ethanol free until the day after they refurbished all their pumps (perhaps
the old pumps were not ethanol proof?)
My local BP garage sell BP Ultimate (not the regular stuff) that is ethanol free.
Other pilots have reported the same from their BP garages.
I saw a report (by Jabiru Australia) that some ethanol free high octane fuels also
rotted their fibreglass tanks, because of the additives used to improve octane.
I read that (In the UK at least ) BP Ultimate obtains its high octane by
refining rather than additives.
So far so good on my plane

For North America, visit http://www.pure-gas.org/ for an index of
8135 automotive gas stations that sell ethanol-free gasoline/ petrol.
The site has a feature whereby individuals can add new stations they
find, so perhaps they could be talked into adding tabs for other
countries.
In the USA, many street rod clubs keep lists of gas stations in their
area that sell ethanol-free gas, and/or racing gas. Near me, the
Minnesota Street Rod Association has a list of all the stations in
Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Check with your local street rod club.
