I did some research on the FAA data base. 197 Pulsars have been registered
in the USA. Of those 197, 73 registrations have either expired or have
been sold overseas or been de registered at the owners request. If you wonder
about your aircraft, go to the FAA site and inquire on the N number.

That is not very encouraging, Greg. It is kinda like watching all your old
friends pass on. I consider my Pulsar as an old friend as well as the
builders/owners.

Pulsar group:
I regret to add bad news to the list. I have crashed my Pulsar III, totaled
the airplane and ended up with two broken legs, collapsed lung, cuts and br
uises everywhere and a concussion from an injury to my head. I am lucky to b
e alive!
I have been dealing with rough running and overheating problems for the last
5 years with the AeroMaxx engine that I purchased from Pulsar Aircraft. Th
is was the third and last flight. The first two flights had also resulted i
n dead stick but was able to land without incident.
The biggest regret is having been involved with this engine. The Pulsar III
once in the air, flew great!

Hi Ray,
None of us is getting any younger. When I think back, it is now 13 years sin
ce I met everyone at the reunion in Lawrence. Even at that time the average a
ge of the attendees was getting up there. With so much building activity in t
he few years before that, and the sharing of ideas, I felt like we were all o
ld friends too.
