Hello Group, I'm curious as to what kind of normal takeoff and landing speeds some of you are getting? With flaps & without? I've got a 912S with the adjustable IVO prop in mine. Not yet in the air but getting a little closer to completion. About 85-90%. Some estimates or real numbers would be deeply appreciated. Any recommendations/suggestions too. Thanks guys & gals. There are a number of videos of test flying my Pulsar III all the way through the test phase. Just search test flight pulsar III. A lot of Pulsar pilots come in too fast mainly because it is a slippery plane. As a past instructor I believe you should use full flap/brake on finals and stall plus a third over the fence, round out and hold it off until she stalls in, Pulsars stall with nose higher than norm. Go up to say 3000 ft and check the stall angle and stall speed on YOUR aircraft.
