Subject: Upgrading my FCC licence from 753 part 2, to 605CFR
Hi pulsar drivers,
I am Denis Sandas from Greee, pulsar # 504
I have an FCC 753 part 2 radio licenc since 1985 that i have been flying
here.
The regulations changed recently and now they ask me to upgrade my FCC 753
part 2 raidio licence, to FCC 605 CFR one.
Can that be done??
If YES, how do i do it.
I am a USA citizen living abroad.
I wll appreciate any help,
