      Can't say the exact temperature but it is definitely hotter after shutdown than
      while in flight. The first thing I do after engine shutdown is open the oil check
      door and place an exhausting fan over the hole.

       I do the same, open oil check door as soon I get out. I have temperature s
      ensor next to firewall to follow engine room temperature. It have newer bee
      n alarming high.
