Hi Mark, There is a Yahoo Pulsar Group with drawings of Rick Thomson=99s exhaus t. Here is the link to the first drawing but you may need to join the group t o access it. I=99m not sure. This has w orked great for 7-8 year blocks..I put in a new radiator on last year. The o ld one required the coolant hose to sit against the exhaust. I built a venti lation path to keep it cool that worked. Anyway the new radiator doesn't have that rubber hose to dampen the vibratio n so I think that is the change that caused 2 failures back to back. Now there isn't really enough basic metal to weld to anymore :( I know a decade or so ago this group was working on stainless steel ones wit h some moderate luck. Bottom line - what is everyone using now for the pulsar XP exhaust? Did som eone finally find a design at works and has them for sale ? Thanks Mark L. Fox

I designed a new, compact muffler and am in process of making a pair of prototypes to fly and test. Wont be available for a couple of months. Units are all 304 SS, TIG welded and cylindrical for minimum cowl space and attachment to engine. As I get closer to testing, will inform Pulsar group of results and possible sales.
