Yes it is available. It is was never used. I purchased the Sky Star streamline leg to install on XP kit. How would you like it shipped? The $200 plus shipping can be paid by personal check after you receive the shipment. Just noticed that you attached a parrs price list showing an earlier price of $100, not the $200 I revised later where I indicated the canopy as sold. You can have it for $100. I would recommend using a mountain bike shock paired with a 400 lb spring...not the Aero Designs spring with solid link. I purchased my shock from CA based Romick. Subject: Rotax 600 and 900 ACE Engines
    From: "Yellowhammer" <coyler@sthpk-12.net>
Greetings Pulsar Community, I recently spoke with an individual that has replaced his 582 Rotax engine on his ultra light with the four stroke Rotax 600 ACE engine. This gentleman used the Rotax C gear drive as the propeller speed reduction unit which he said fit perfectly. The Rotax 600 ACE engine weighs 88 pounds. It has two cylinders and provides 57 hp. The Rotax 900 ACE engine weighs in at 123 pounds, has 3 cylinders, and 59 hp but with the turbo charger it produces 171 hp. The turbo 900 listed on Rotax's Power Train Details web page listed the weight of the turbo 900 engine as 273 pounds but for some reason they have added the weight of the transmission to the total and the picture provided shows the turbo model with trans attached. This information can be found by typing in on Google , Rotax Power-trains Details. You will then see the proper link to select. Both the 600 and 900 ACE engines were built for snowmobile operations just as the 582 was. I would like to hear what you all think about these engines as a four stroke option to the 582. I am aware that Rotax made some changes to the 582 in order to label it as an aircraft engine but I truly feel that the 600 and 900 ACE engines could be a viable option for those that desire a four stroke power plant in Lighter sport aircraft such as the Original Pulsar and some other Ultra Light type aircraft. The cost of these engines new are on par with a new 582 from what I have read so far. I priced a slightly used 600 ACE engine this morning at $1,900 with free shipping anywhere withing the continental Unite States. I hope everyone is doing well and that you all have a very Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving Holiday. Sincerely, Clyde Oyler (Yellowhammer) -------- J.M. Subject: Fuselage Mold Question
    From: "Yellowhammer" <coyler@sthpk-12.net>
Dear Pulsar Friends, As I was working on my Pulsar 582 build two nights ago, I was using a bright light to inspect a layup for any air bubbles. I was shocked to notice that there were a pattern of what I call voids in the sandwich material where the light shown through you could clearly see that there was nothing there but the fiberglass on both sides. These voids are about the size of a number two pencil's eraser diameter maybe a tad smaller. After further inspection I noticed that there was a pattern to these voids that ran in a linear fashion from the bottom joining flange to the top joining flange about 8 inches apart from row to row and approximately 4-5 inches in separation from void to void on their respective rows. This is somewhat worrisome to me because I feel that there shouldn't be a any voids in the sandwich material especially as many as I have found. I know that there has to be a logical explanation to this because their is a pattern to them. So far I have marked about 40 or so of these voids. I am hoping that these voids were at least filled with resin at the factory. Can anyone tell me if they have noticed the same voids I am referring to? The only way one could tell would be during the construction before the air frame was painted. Perhaps Mr. Chuck would be kind enough to check his Pulsar out as his has not been painted yet? I know his is an X.P. model but it would be nice to know anyway. Thanks in advance for any and all help and guidance received. Sincerely, Clyde Oyler -------- J.M. Mr. Dave, That sounds awesome sir. I have been searching for one for some time now, I can send a personal check or money order which ever method you prefer sir? Just let me know. You can also text me or call me on my cell phone at 985-515-5238. If you happen to have a picture of it and don't mind sending a pic of it I would appreciate it. I do not want you to go out of your way to do so. Just if you happen to have a picture on your phone. Look forward to hearing back from you!
