paul,
We had LEAF rebuild our carbs with no problems. At the class we took at LEAF they
commented that you have to seal all the plugs in the castings after putting
the carbs in a caustic cleaner. If you look at your carbs, do you see clear
epoxy around all the plugs? It's easy to see around the plug on the very top
of the carb. Perhaps they didn't seal one of yours.

Interesting point about the EPOXY.
What EPOXY are they using?
NOW - Paul... Are you running MoGas?
I do not know of any EPOXY that will stand up to MoGas.
Never tested AvGas with EPOXY. I would guess there are some that would work
since there are composite built planes.

Word of mouth indicates that some of the composite factory LSA planes with
integral wing tanks are experiencing sag in the wing/tank surfaces over
extended time frames, presumably related to constant fuel exposure.

Paul, As Bob says, check the carb bowl. Also worth checking the float valve.
Sounds like the problem may have started shortly after replacing a fuel
line? It's possible a tiny booger of contamination got to the float valve. I
just went through this myself,and that's why I never made it to Oshkosh as
planned. But the good news is I got it all sorted out, eventually.
Be careful not to overtorque the carb bowl bolt, as that can cause more
problems.
Let me know if you want the lowdown on removing the float valve to inspect
and clean.
