That reminds me, we rigged my plane at last annual and it was off too. One
of the problems was a mis-installed stop at the wingtip. The order of the
sandwich was corrected and the rig came in with a turnbuckle adjustment.

I finished a 76 Tiger today. It's rigging was pretty close. On both
planes, the down limit on the elevator (17 degrees) could not be obtained because
the control column hits its stop before the limit on the back can get to 17
degrees. The tolerance is +/- 2 and getting 15 degrees was easy. Also, the
rigging tool for the elevator trim tab doesn't fit right on the elevator. =20It's
a guess at best. The ailerons on this Tiger could be adjusted to the max
limits, +17 and -10. Both sides were the same so whoever drilled this one=20got
it dead on.
