One of the problems was a mis-installed stop at the wingtip. It's rigging was pretty close. On both planes, the down limit on the elevator (17 degrees) could not be obtained because the control column hits its stop before the limit on the back can get to 17 degrees. The tolerance is +/- 2 and getting 15 degrees was easy. Also, the rigging tool for the elevator trim tab doesn't fit right on the elevator. =20It's a guess at best. The ailerons on this Tiger could be adjusted to the max limits, +17 and -10. Both sides were the same so whoever drilled this one=20got it dead on.
