Join us for an interesting look at one of aviation=99s more unique in
progress restorations: The North American XP-82 Twin Mustang -- =0Ahttp://
xp-82twinmustangproject.blogspot.com/p/home_17.html=0AThe story of the proj
ect is as interesting as the plane itself.We will gather Saturday, April 27
th, 11am at the Douglas Municipal Airport (KDQH). Douglas is in South Georg
ia and not to be confused with Douglasville in N. Georgia. Tom Reilly and h
is team also have a B-17 under restoration plus a completed SNJ, C-47, Stea
rman and T-34 (all flyable). All, a must-see! =0ALunch will follow at the
=9CFlying Cowboy=9D BBQ/ Steak house adjacent to the field. Be
advised, our host advised us that on more than on one occasion, pilots have
flown to the wrong airport to see the project. Please check your destinat
