Hi folks. Miss yacking with my buddies on the 701 list since starting my 750 project and to be honest, miss building my 701.

Check the 750 build manual (or the 650 as same firewall) on line for the nifty way they have for fire proofing the steering rod sleeves. Just a piece of galv sheet sliding inside a cover - nifty and easy enough to fab and retrofit. 3M has a fire proof sealant available in most hardware stores along side their regular sealants (forget the name) which I used around the rods and slider to completely seal opening.
Sensenich has recently released (still not posted on their web page) a new 3 bladed composite ground adjustable prop for the Rotax. They claim improved take off and climb while maintaining the cruise of a two bladed prop. I really like it because the mass moment of inertia is considerably below the recommended Rotax limit of 6000 kg.cm2. The MOI is something that seems to be overlooked frequently when selecting props but during my iRMT training was stressed as quite important.
OK I really bought the prop because the 3 blades and the scimitar shape look really cool. There is a really good U-tube video of ZAC installing and testing (big smiles).
Hope this helps. Happy building.
Cheers Vic
