I'm in the packing and shipping mode. I should have an idea of what the costs will be.
Dave gave me the invoice for fabricating 3 cowlings. WOW. If I had to pay the going rate at a shop like Fiberset, fabricating these cowling would have cost almost $12,000 each! It's a good thing we have a deal . . . that's all I can say.
I got the invoice from the metal fabricator too. $1230/set. Low production runs don't make money.
I've been thinking about it and between now and when I get back from the Philippines on May 15th, I'll sell the cowlings for $6250 with the baffles. That's about $5000 for the cowling. Killer deal. Those that have a check to me by May 15th can have one at that price. After that, the price goes to $6949.99.

Gary, do you have a bill of Materials for what’s required for us to supply toinstall the cowl? E.g. camlocs, etc.

Just to be clear,
After May 15th, 2011, the price of the cowling is going up to $6950.
