N94K is for sale…Lycoming O-235 LTC with 125HP STC, compressions have not been checked for several years but were all above 78 when last tested, Demuth prop resurfaced last June, top overhaul about 500hrs, lower overhaul about 250 hours, new main tires, nose gear is the sturdier replacement model, GPS/radio, VFR panel (but the vacuum engine driven pump is inoperative…installed a large venturi however it has not been adjusted to give reliable useful vacuum pressure), all white paint with decals that can be removed easily.
The airplane runs well and based on the tarmac at Reno International (KRNO)…Premier south ramp tiedowns.
Price $15,000 as is. The airplane will go out of ‘annual’ in June…therefore anyone want to pay for the plane and get some take off and landing experience in N94K must do so before the end of June. I will not be providing flight time with any buyer until they have paid cash for the airplane. The plane will be sold as is…and I will require a contract that relieves me of all responsibility for the airplane upon purchase.

Pictures?? I forwarded the info to a friend of mine that is looking to buy an airplane like the TR-1. He currently has a BEAUTIFUL C-150 but wants something faster and with longer legs.
