Here are the numbers from my flight home from the Rock House to Gantt IAP,
this year:
-Days duration: 7 (normally 4)
-Distance flown: 1,963.1 sm
-Hours flown: 24.4 hours
-Fuel burn: 129.2 gal
-Average GPH: 5.3 (Cruised 5,200 to 5,500 RPM)
-Oil consumption: Zero
-Average ground speed: 80.5 mph (From 35 to 125 mph ground speed)
-Altitude: 195 to 11,500 feet MSL
Totals since departure 21 May 2011:
Fuel: 339.3 gal
100LL price: $4.80 to $6.20 a gal (Average about $5.60)
Hours flown: 62.7 hours
Can't say enough about my MKIII and the 912ULS. They both performed
flawlessly.
