Does anyone know the size of the gascolator O ring on the Allegro 2000?   Mine has started to leak.

I spoke with Doug Hempstead at AllegroLSA.  He is going to make me a 

couple of the required O rings for the gascolator bowl.

Doug at Allegro LSA has acquired new stocks of parts for the Allegro models.

You can contact him on the cc email or I think they joined the Allegro list.

He would know.



If you find out post it.  Also how would you turn the gas off to change it

or the fuel filter.

Jerry,

To clean the fuel filter, simply remove from gascalator (I am sorry, but the

earlier Fantasy Air Allegro do NOT have a fuel shut off before the

gascolator, you must either drain fuel or put something under it to catch

the fuel, it will only be gravity fed and can be stopped by a small plug

{such as a small bolt}).  Clean the filter with grease cutting soap and

water, blow out and let it dry completely, then re-install.  We do carry

filters for the older Allegro if needed.
