Hello Fellow KIS (Pulsar) Owners, If you go to this web site:

http://www.icao.int/publications/DOC8643/Pages/Manufacturers.aspx

search the Manufacturers Code for Pulsar, and click on the photo for the KIS2 you will see a photo of N660C, my airplane.

For the FAA the document is JO 7340.2A "Contractions". It is the same as ICAO Doc 8643. On Thursday, July 9, 2015, Galin Hernandez <galinhdz(at)gmail.com (galinhdz(at)gmail.com)> wrote:

If you go on line and search for the KIS4 and view the official photo you will see my airplane (N819PR) prominently displayed.

Hello Keith, You wrote: ".....what is the access panel below the horizontal

I did not run my rudder cables all the way to the rudder horn which would
have required having one of the cables exit the fuselage side in order to
connect to the rudder horn.

Instead I created a bell crank mounted internally at the rear end of the
fuselage that the rudder cables connected to. Then I ran a pushrod
internally to connect to a modified rudder horn. Makes for a much neater,
entirely internal, arrangement.

The access panel below the horizontal stabilizer gives me access to the bell
crank and the rudder cables and push rod connections.

OC (473 hours on KIS 2)

PS to Rob: I share your frustration. I can't even bring up the photo now
using my own link that worked previously. Damn computers.
